Woodman Pioneer.

  The Pioneer Software Suite consists of 5 main software modules.

  • Quoting

  • Sales Orders

  • Job Costing

  • Material Purchasing and Stock

  • Labour Operation Times (essential for Quoting, Sales Orders and Job Costing)​

Most are essential but some, such as job costing are optional.

Quoting

Quoting Using information from

With this information Pioneer can quote individual items or with the use of a general specification the specified materials can pre load into the items for the job.

In turn this achieves accurate costing.

    • The Pioneer integrates with a vastly improved CAD system – CMS Intellicad. The CAD scripts utilised by the AVAX CAD engine in the existing Woodman software are totally compatible with the Pioneer Intellicad integration procedure.​

Sales Order/Production

Sales Order/Production

  • When a quote is accepted, a sales order can be automatically generated from the quote​ or create a sales order on the fly

  • Purchasing

  • Purchase orders can be raised for stocked materials when stock levels fall below a pre-set level, or for buy to order materials purchase orders are raised for a selected production job.​

  • Stock Control

  • This becomes the basis for the production documents, job costing information and delivery notes and invoices.

Labour

  • Labour times

    • Work centre department or both​

    • Labour operations can be linked to a material hardness / difficulty to work index

    • Labour can also be allocated to a pricing group for quoting

    • Labour is broken down into per lineal meter, each, M2 & M3. (A base structure is given in our installation for personalising to your company)
